Methods of Payment:
Credit Card or Pay Pal:
All Credit card payments are to be made via Paypal.Com. It's
the safest, and fastest way for payment. This help prevents
any payment discrepancies for both parties.
Note: You do not need to have a paypal account to
make credit card payments.
Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier Checks:
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier
checks.

Reserving Animals & Deposits
We will gladly hold an animal for a period of 24 hours after a non-refundable deposit (25% has been paid via paypal/credit
card). Once a payment has been received, we will hold the animals for 24 hours. If the balance is not paid within the given time
period. The deposit will be forfeited and the animal will go back on sale.
If you need us to hold the animal longer than 24 hours, please contact us. As we can arrange a payment agreement.
Payment agreements are only for animals that cost more than $500.
Note: Payment plans are not available for all animals. Please contact us before considering any payment plans.

Shipping Courier
Shipping is done via UPS Next Day Air. Shipments are generally delivered to your
location no later than 10:30 AM the next day. Delivery arrival may vary depending
on your location.
Shipping Address
If paying by pay pal, please verify the shipping address prior to submitting your
payment. This helps prevent any shipping discrepancies due to incorrect shipping
address. If you do not verify shipping address properly, HerpJunkie.Com can not be
held responsible for mis routed shipments.
NOTE: We take the health of our animals into consideration in cases like this.
Refund will not be given if you fail to verify your address, and results in the
animal being D.O.A due to any mis routed shipments.
Scheduling
After purchasing an animal from us, we will send you an email to inform you that
your payment was received, and of our next shipping date. You can then decide
when you want it shipped. We will not ship to customers without verifying that the
customer will be available to receive them. Until then, we will hold the animals.
Shipping will only be scheduled after payments have been made in full.
We will ship 24 hours after payments been received.
We normally ship on Monday and Wednesday. If shipping can not be completed
due to our part, we will notify you immediately. This is rare in circumstances, but
situations can occur.
If you are unavailable to receive animals, we will gladly hold your animal until they can
be shipped when it's best for you.
Note: Please take note that all shipment have adult signature requirement.
Costs
The price of shipping for any reptile is $40 dollars. To 48 states. Prices for Alaska &
Hawaii differ. Please contact us for shipping quote if you live in either state.
We do not charge you for the box, heat/cold pack, snake bags, deli cups.
Free Shipping on purchases over $1000.00
Weather
We will not ship animals where low temperatures along the shipping route and arrival
destination are under 30 degrees F or over 90 degrees F. No exceptions.
We will gladly hold any animals at no extra charge until temperature ranges are
suitable for shipping. It is better to wait a few days and assure the arrival of your
animal safely than risking it and receiving a dead animal in the mail.

We uphold a live arrival guarantee ONLY when temperatures in both
locations are between the required amount. Live arrival is also only
guaranteed when someone is available to sign for package upon delivery.
Please keep in mind as mention above, we will not be held responsible for
mis-routed deliveries. Thats why we urge for you to verify your shipping
address on PAYPAL prior to submitting payment.
If animal is DOA, please contact us immediately within the next 12 hours that
you received the animal. Otherwise, we will suppose that the animal arrived
safely.
5 Day Health Guarantee
Every CB/project bred animal we sell is guaranteed to be 100% healthy prior
to being shipped. We will not put any of our cb/project bred animals on sale
until they reach appropriate age, weight, and is healthy enough to be
shipped.
Although we also sell animals that are wild caught, we also make sure that
they are in perfect health condition prior to being shipped. We will make
sure that they are hydrated, and are eating prior to be shipped. We will
also hold onto our WC animals for a period of time before putting them up
to sell. This can range from 2 weeks to 3 months. After 3 months, they are
then declared LTC, and price value is increased.
We will replace or give you credit if for any reason an animal dies during the
5 day health guarantee. After that, we cannot be held responsible.
We ask for you to quarantine any animal you receive from us, away from
any other one you might have. To prevent any cross contamination from
diseases/parasites that your current collection may have been exposed to.
